Lumps of Bisha

About the service:

Bichat's lumps are formations of adipose tissue surrounded by a membrane. On the sides, they are covered with superficial facial and cheek muscles, on top they border on the cheekbones, on the bottom - on the lower jaw. Removing or moving lumps of Bisha is performed for an aesthetic purpose; without them, the cheekbones acquire chiseledness, nobility and grace.

There are two possible techniques for working with Bish's Lumps:

• Removal of Bish Lumps

• Moving lumps of Bish

When Bisha's Lumps are moved, 30% of the adipose tissue is removed, and 70% is moved to the middle third, the cheek-cheekbone zone, as a result, the face acquires a beautiful outline, the middle third becomes replenished and young. Also, it is recommended as prevention of premature aging, the appearance of nasolabial folds, flews and gravitational ptosis.

Relative indications for the removal of Bish's lumps are:

• hypertrophy of fat nodes due to inflammation in the buccal tissues or anatomical abnormalities in the structure of the facial skeleton.

• Progressive sagging of the cheeks and an increase in the folds of the nasolabial triangle due to age-related decrease in muscle tone.

• Volumetric modeling, when it is planned to compensate for the lack of fatty layer in other areas of the face with the removed lumps of Bish.

Contraindications:
